Donaghadee House

This project involved a new build two storey property within a compact site overlooking the Donaghadee coast.  The scheme replaced a small dilapidated 1930s cottage with a new four bedroom house with a home office space. The design features a generous open plan kitchen, dining and living room with a corner window providing views across the Irish Sea to Scotland and the Isle of Mann. A simple material palette of white render, grey windows, and natural slate roof compliments the coastal setting.  The project was completed in summer 2024.
